Vacuum bagging film is the universal vacuum bagging consumable used in all composites vacuum bagging processes including vacuum bagging of wet-lay laminates, vacuum bonding, resin infusion and prepreg curing. Vacuum bagging film various width upto 16 mtr available in Market and some Vacuum bagging film width restricted in case of high Temperature use.

Perforated or Non Perforated release film is used to release the laminate from the vacuum stack following the cure of component and to control the flow of the resin during the early stages of the component cure. The frequency and size of the holes in the film are selected to match the flow characteristics of the resin system . This product provides an effective release , compatible with most resin systems

Release fabric or Peel ply is plain-woven nylon/ ptfe fabric with red polyester/ ptfe tracer. It creates a good bondable surface on the fabricated parts. It is subsequently removed to expose a clean and better surface for bonding of next layer. Various thickness and various widths available with porous and non-porous types .

Polyester Breather Fabric is a high quality non-woven Breather fabric that creates an even pressure around the part and at the same time allows air and volatiles to escape. The fabric will also absorb excess resin bleeding through the perforated release film. It is being manufactured from uniform PET polyester fibers. Bleeders mainly used in vacuum bagging process

vacuum bag tape for vacuum bagging operations during wind blades and composite manufacturing. This product has been formulate with aggressive initial tack, high reinforcing fiber to resist flow under heat and pressure, and it will maintain an air-tight seal during the cure cycle, yet strips clean from the tool surface, with virtually no residue. Typical uses for this tape include debulking/compacting, envelope bagging, resin damming, or as a pressure strip. For high temperature like 400 deg C also Sealant tape available
