Silicone Rubber

Silicone rubbers are often one- or two-part polymers, and may contain fillers to improve properties or reduce cost.Silicone rubber is generally non-reactive, stable, and resistant to extreme environments and temperatures from −55 to 300 °C while still maintaining its useful properties. Due to these properties and its ease of manufacturing and shaping, silicone rubber can be found in a wide variety of products manufacturing in all industries . In Fibre Glass industry we use as a mold and spacer like application .

Polyurethane Rubber

Polyurethane rubbers are two-component systems (base plus curative; A+B) that cover a wide variety of applications at a relatively low cost. They are available for making molds that are poured, brushed or sprayed onto a model Urethane rubbers have relatively low viscosity and "de-air" themselves – no vacuum degassing required. less expensive than silicones and polysulfides.
